The terms and conditions of a rental lease deed should contain the following:

2. LEASE TERM INCLUDING LOCK-IN PERIOD AND TENANT REPLACEMENT PROVISION
3. RENT & INTEREST FREE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT INCLUDING INTEREST ON UNPAID SECURITY DEPOSIT OR RENT
4. FIT-OUT & INTERIORS INCLUDING CLAUSE FOR PHOTOS BEFORE POSSESSION AND AFTER VACATING
5. TERMINATION INCLUDING DIFFERENT SCENARIOS
6. MAINTENANCE & UTILITY CHARGES INCLUDING SPECIFIC CLAUSES
7. SUBLET INCLUDING DE-FACTO LESSEE
9. POLICE VERIFICATION FIX DEADLINES
10. LEGAL FEE AND REGISTRATION OF LEASE IF APPLICABLE AS PER PERIOD OF LEASE
11. THE LESSEE’S COVENANTS
12. THE LESSOR’S COVENANTS
13. JURISDICTION
14. FORCE MAJEURE INCLUDING MUTUALLY AGREED TERMS OF RENT IN THE EVENT OF A FORCE MAJEURE AS DEFINED IN THE DEED
