Flat ke photos ne aur bhi excitement badha di. Wah! Wooden flooring, trendy curtains, aur ek spotless kitchen ka close-up. Bas, man hi man soch liya, “Yeh toh hamari dream flat hai!”
Aur kyunki hum teen (Rajesh from UP, Abhishek from Kolkata, aur Manoj from Kerala) ek sahi deal ke sapne dekh rahe the, humne turant landlord ko call kiya.

Negotiation ke baad, rent ₹18,000 se ₹15,000 ho gaya. Humne ye flat le toh liya, par har cheez ka jugaad karna pada:

- Gas stove ke burner ko replace karwaya.
